The gutters need a little work in the back, and the snow seems to slowly melt off the roof even when the temperature dips into the 20′s.

From the course, 10 minutes before the first race. This one is a full 360 degrees.

Half an hour before, it was just a little leak. Then… instant waterpark!

We were catching up on our television, when the phone rang. Sure, it was a toy phone, but since the kids were sleeping, it was still odd. After a quick scan of the room, we discovered the source of the ringing: Lou was using the toy phone as a pillow. The impromptu headrest made a few more cries for help, but the cat never stirred.

A small park in our neighborhood is next to a stream that’s somehow managed to survive among the landscaping and development. The bank was slippery, unpredictable and a little dangerous. Extra points for finding the corner I had to clone to get the framing right.

It was a good day for a birthday. 180 degrees was just about right.
