Contribution: Leading development of the DOJ Office of Justice Program's Information Technology Initiatives and Rotary International District 7620 websites. Provided requirements analysis, interface design, graphic layout, Section 508 compliance, and client interaction. Established ISO-9000 compliance for DOJ Contract, and created Flash presentations for the Maint-X Performance Support System.
